Effective Weight Loss Exercises

A lot of people are told they can expect to lose up to two pounds of fat each week with a program of regular aerobic exercise. But a lot of people fail to see anything in the way of meaningful results, even after months of trying. If you're not losing weight, it's probably not your age, your metabolism, or your genetics that are causing the problem. It's simply the fact that conventional aerobic exercise programs are not a particularly effective way to drop the pounds. Experts say there is no magic to exercise. You get out of it what you put in. That doesn't mean you have to work out for hours each day. It just means you need to work smart. Some exercises are simply more efficient than others, whether they target multiple muscle groups, are suitable for a wide variety of fitness levels, or help you burn calories more effectively. So what are the best exercises? The best weight loss exercise is something that you like to do, practice everyday for 30-40 minutes or make you break a little sweat. It should be avoided watching TV, reading or sleeping. It should be required to move. The most effective weight loss exercises start with the bicycle exercises. Lie flat on the floor with your lower back pressed to the ground. Put your hands beside your head. Bring knees up to about 45- degree angle and slowly go through a bicycle pedal motion. Touch your left elbow to your right knee, then your right elbow to your left knee. Keep even, relaxed breathing throughout. The captain's chair leg raise is the second most effective move for the rectus abdominals as well as the oblique. You can do a variety of exercises on the captain's chair, which is a rack with padded arms that allows your legs to hang free and can be found in most health clubs and gyms. Any exercise program should include cardiovascular exercise, which strengthens the heart and burns calories. And walking is something you can do anywhere, anytime, with no equipment other than a good pair of shoes. It is almost the most popular exercise. Whether you're a beginner or an exercise veteran, a walker or an aerobic dancer, adding interval training to your cardiovascular workout will boost your fitness level and help you lose weight. The exercise ball is an excellent tool to strengthen the abs and is the third most effective move for targeting the rectus abdominals. What makes this move a bit more effective than crunches on the floor is that the legs are often involved in floor crunches. On the ball, the abs does more work. The vertical leg crunch is another effective move for the rectus abdominals and the oblique. The Torso Track comes out as number 7 for effective exercises, but this is one of my least favorite exercises because it can cause lower-back pain, particularly if you roll out too far. There are many types of effective exercises for weight loss. If you perform it in strict rules, then it will be effective for your health.
